Micro Concrete

Foxy Fix Micro Concrete is a ready to use dry powder which requires only addition of clean water to produce a free owing non shrink repair micro concrete. It is composed of good quality cement, properly selected aggregates & additives. It is used & designed for repairing of damaged reinforced concrete element like columns, beams & structure where the areas are restricted or not easily accessible for proper placement of concrete using vibrator. Foxy Fix Micro concrete has excellent abellata, work ability & proper particle size to reach small & congested reinforcement.

HOW TO APPLY

Clean the surface and remove loose concrete, dust, oil, paint, grass, waterproof coating etc. Use Pan Mixer for mixing of Foxy Fix micro Concrete. Start addition of micro Concrete power slowly under continuous mixing. keep mixing for 2 minutes. add balance quality 15~20% of mixing water & again mix for another 2-3 minutes to from a homogeneous, free owing, uniform & lump-free mix.

APPLICATIONS

Repair of damaged reinforced concrete elements like beams, columns, wall, etc. where access is restricted and compaction is not possible. For jacketing of RCC columns to increase load-taking capacity (strengthening of a vertical members)

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Foxy Fix Block Micro Concrete is Available in 20 kg bag and has a shelf life of 8 months subject in a cool and dry location properly. As temperature, humidity, water addition and other parameters vary from site to site the above information should be treated as a general guideline.

COVERAGE

1.3 m per 20 kg pack at 10 mm thickness. Yield - 13 ltrs at a water/powder ratio of 0.16 & Fresh Wet Density at 30 C is 2230 kg/ m3.
