Foxy Fix Ready Mix Plaster is manufactured in modern dry mix plant with computerized batch process. Plaster is ready to use by just mixing water at the site. This process eliminates job site mixing practices . Foxy Fix Ready Mix is a high quality water resistant cement based polymer modied plaster intended for bricks, blocks & concrete walls in thick layer. Patching Honeycombs in concrete and general uses. It is Specially formulated for the replacement of conventional cement - sand plaster. It is suitable for interior & exterior conditions.

HOW TO APPLY

Prepare the plaster by mixing 8-10 litres of water per every 50 kg. bag of Foxy Fix ready mix plaster. The surface should be free of dust, grease etc. Else it dry it should be moisturized with clear water. The mixture should be applied within 1-2 hours of preparation. If the concrete surface is smooth and dense, it is recommended that the surface is made rough.

APPLICATIONS

It can be used to plaster walls, bricks, blocks or any concrete surfaces.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Foxy Fix Ready Mix plaster is available in 50 kg bag and has a shelf life of 8 months subject to be stored in a cool and dry location properly. As temperature, humidity, water addition and other parameters vary from site to site. The above information should be treated as a general guideline.

COVERAGE

Foxy Fix Ready-mix plaster approx. Coverage per 50 kg bag is as Under 10-12 mm plaster on light weight blocks is 20-25 sq.ft. 10-12 mm on brick wall 20-22 sq.ft. 18mm on light weight blocks is 12 sq. ft. 25 mm on brick wall 10-12 sq. ft.10mm on RCC 20-22 sq. ft. Coverage depends on quality & nature of substrates hence is indication. Plaster > 10-12 mm must be in 2 coats.
